This is my end result...
I placed the image on to the top and readjusted it to my satisfaction...
I then clicked 'PLACE' which uploaded my chosen image from the internet...
This was my result that I saved onto my desktop ...
I then clicked the artistic tool & used 'NEON GLOW' & selected pink for my color & played around until I the effect i was looking for...
Which left me with my new cropped image...
I used the magic wand tool selected the area I wanted to crop out & pressed backspace...
So! This is the picture I started of with...TiaMaria
